Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of BeachBox and your participation in our monthly prize draw. By entering, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India.
• Employees of BeachBox, our sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible.
• One entry per person per monthly draw. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

2. No purchase necessary

Entry to the draw is free. No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. How to enter & bonus entries

Complete the entry form with accurate details and accept these terms. You may earn additional entries by completing optional actions (following us, tagging friends, sharing to your story). Each action adds the stated number of entries. We may verify that these actions were genuinely completed.

4. Winner selection

One winner is selected each month at random from all valid entries for that draw, weighted by the number of entries each participant holds (more entries means a higher chance, not a guarantee). The draw is final.

5. Notification & announcement

The winner will be contacted using the email or WhatsApp number provided, and may be announced on our Instagram @beachbox_in and on our Winners page using their first name and/or Instagram handle. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, we may select an alternate winner.

6. Prize

• The prize is one beachwear outfit per monthly draw, as described for that month.
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize.

7. Use of your content

By tagging us or sharing posts as part of an entry, or by accepting a prize, you grant BeachBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to re-share and use that content in our marketing, with credit to your handle.

8. Sponsors

Draws may be supported by sponsors. Where you consent, sponsors may contact you with offers. Sponsors are not responsible for running the draw unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of liability

BeachBox is not liable for late, lost or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any loss arising from participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta or WhatsApp.

10. Changes & cancellation

We may amend these terms or modify, suspend or cancel a draw where reasonably necessary (for example due to circumstances beyond our control). Material changes will be posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
